IX Moscow International Financial and Economic Forum will take place from November 21 to November 24, 2022.
The topic of the Forum-2022 – «Building Bridges not Barriers. Business Eurasia in a New Reality».
The organizer of the Forum is Financial and Business Association of Euro- Asian Cooperation (FBA EAC).
The Forum is held with the support of Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP), Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), UNIDO Centre for International Industrial Cooperation in the Russian Federation and International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (ICIE).
The previous eight Forums brought together over 5,000 representatives of business communities from 42 countries.
Traditionally, the Forum-2022 will be attended by Presidents and Prime Ministers of partner countries, the President and Vice-presidents of RSPP, EEC Ministers, leadership of ICIE, representatives of international development institutions and financial and economic associations, heads of industry unions, top managers of leading Russian and foreign companies and organizations, economic and financial experts, representatives of the banking and insurance community, investment and commercial structures of EAEU, EU, BRICS and SCO member states.
The Forum will focus on food security, external and internal migration, building new logistics chains, financing sustainable economic development, mechanisms and instruments of inter-bank settlements, the role of gold in international finance, and other issues.
The forum will be held as part of the International Business Week:
· November 21, 2022 – Chisinau, Moldova. Topic: "Functioning of food systems in conditions of international instability".
· November 22, 2022 – Rome, Italy. Topic: "Golden Bridge".
· November 22, 2022 – Moscow, Russia. Topic: "External and internal migration as a resource for international development of regions"
· November 23, 2022 - Moscow, Russia. Topic: "Eurasian transport corridors: restoration of old and creation of new logistics chains"
· November 24, 2022 – Moscow, Russia. Topic: "Financing sustainable development: are there opportunities for growth?".
· November 24, 2022 – Moscow, Russia. Meeting of the International Banking Council (IBC). Topic: "Mechanisms and tools of interbank settlements in modern conditions".
· November 24, 2022 – Plenary session – Moscow, Russia. "Building bridges, not barriers. Business Eurasia in a new reality".
The working languages of the Forum-2022 are Russian, English, French, Chinese, Italian, and Romanian.
The program of the Forum-2022 includes Plenary session and International Business Week with thematic panel sessions in Italy, Moldova and Russia.
