Having received your inquiry the firm sends you an offer in reply. As a rule the following moments are taken into consideration:
1. the writer of the reply thanks you for your order;
2. the form of the received understanding (договоренность),the order acceptance and the date are confirmed;
3. the accompaniment to the remittance is enclosed;
4. it is informed about the course (ход дела) with the order;
Typical phrases are often used in replies that makes easier while writing letters. Everything depends on the nature of order.
