Анти актериальная терапия

Антибактериальная терапия новорожденным при РДС не показана. Однако в период проведения дифференциальной диагностики РДС с врожденной пневмонией или с ранним неонатальным сепсисом, проводимой в первые 48-72 часа жизни, целесообразно назначение антибактериальной терапии с последующей быстрой ее отменой в случае получения

отрицательных маркеров воспаления и отрицательного результата микробиологического исследования крови. Назначение антибактериальной терапии на период проведения диференциальной диагностики может быть показано детям с массой тела менее 1500г, детям, находящимся на инвазивной ИВЛ, а так же детям, у которых результаты маркеров воспаления, полученные в первые часы жизни, сомнительны. Препаратами выбора может являться сочетание антибиотиков пенициллинового ряда и аминогликозидов или один антибиотик широкого спектра из группы защищенных пенициллинов. Не следует назначать амоксициллина клавулонат в связи с возможным неблагоприятным воздействием клавулоновой кислоты на кишечную стенку у недоношенных.
