On Board training report (for cadets of marine education in- stitutions)

In addition to the on board training record book , the cadet should prepare diploma work and report of the practice in accordance with the issued individual task (if required by the program of ma- rine education institution). The report must be prepared by pre- scribed form of maritime training institutions.

 

On completion each seagoing service

After completion seagoing service the Cadet should receive the comments from the Crewing Company (section 2 “COMPANY'S IN- SPECTION OF RECORD BOOK”) and should present the Book to the Training institution for inspection (section 2 “Проверка книги учебным заведением”).

 

In accordance with STCW Convention, any person conducting on board training shall do so only when it will not affect the normal operation of the vessel and time can be dedicated to the training and any evaluation of competence.   Cadet is aware of criminal responsibility for the submition of false in- formation in the on board training record book, including the presen- tation to the maritime educational organization of sea stage certificates with obviously inaccurate information.

Отчет о практике (для курсантов морских учебных заведе- ний)

Помимо книги регистрации практики, курсант готовит диплом- ную работу (на преддипломной практике) и отчет о практике в соответствии с выданным индивидуальным заданием (если предусмотрено программой практики морской образовательной организации). Отчет оформляется в установленной форме.

После окончания каждой практики

После завершения плавательной практики курсант должен полу- чить отзыв от крюинговой компании (раздел 2 “ COMPANY'S IN- SPECTION OF RECORD BOOK ”) и предоставить книгу в учебное за- ведение руководителю практики для проверки записей (раздел 2 “Проверка книги учебным заведением”).
