11. To take care of the property of the University.

Student's memo

University students have an obligation:

1. To study properly, to attend classes according to curriculum or individual curriculum, to prepare for classes independently, to fulfill tasks given by teachers according to the educational program.

2. To carry out the requirements of the Charter, these Rules, the Internal Regulations of the student dormitories, the requirements for labor, education and fire safety protection, sanitation, hygiene and other local regulations on the organization and implementation of educational activities.

3. To timely provide the University with reliable information, including personal data about the student and his legal representatives in accordance with the local regulations of the University.

4. To fulfill contract obligations for the provision of paid educational services in the field of professional education, including payment for tuition on time.

5. To respect the honor and dignity of other students and employees of the University, not to create obstacles for other students to receive education.

6. To comply with the ethics of business communication:

- affably, benevolently and respectfully treat all students and employees of the University;

- while communicating with students and employees of the University in a conflict situation, to find the optimally correct solution;

- not to use expressive or jargon words, profanity, not to talk in a raised voice, not to shout.

7. Not to engage in political activities within the University, not to allow actions and statements containing motives of political, ideological, racial, national or religious hatred or enmity, including discriminatory actions and (or) statements.

8. To care for the preservation and strengthening of one’s health, to strive for moral, spiritual and physical development and self-improvement.

9. To undergo preventive medical examination and fluorography examination within the terms defined by the order of the rector.

10. To timely inform the head of the academic department (dean, director) about the class absence, including examinations and tests; in the case of classes, examinations and tests absence, submit the documents confirming the absence of classes for a good reason to the dean’s office.

11. To take care of the property of the University.

12. To follow the rules of using the local network, computers and other equipment of the University, as well as information security requirements.

13. Immediately report to the University administration (the head of the structural unit, security) about any situation that represents a threat to people’s life and health, property safety (accident, natural disasters, etc.).

14. To be aware of the main methods of protection against the threats of terrorism and the proper response actions to such threats. To be watchful and attentive, to report any suspected threat to the security, to the University staff, the head of the structural unit, the University administration.

15. To fulfill the requirements of the staff providing access control (security) of the University.

16. When entering or staying in the University buildings, to have with oneself a pass and student ID card.

17. To give away all material assets given by the University in case of expulsion.

19. To maintain appearance corresponding to the generally accepted business style.

20. It is prohibited in the premises and on the University territory:

- to bring and drink alcoholic drinks;

- to be in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or toxic intoxication;

- to bring, consume and distribute drugs, psychotropic substances, as well as smoking mixtures containing narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances;

- to smoke;

- to bring explosive, flammable and toxic substances, firearms, air guns and blade weapons;

- to play games of chance;

- to violate sanitary and hygienic rules and regulations;

- to put on the walls, tables and other places any writings and drawings, posting advertisements without permission of the administration;

- to damage the University property or use it for other purposes, to perform actions that violate the order and hygiene regulations;

- to shout, to make excessive noise, to play musical instruments, to use sound-reproducing equipment that breaks the silence and interfere with the educational process without permission from the University administration;

- to eat food during the classes;

- to block the aisles, interfere with the movement of people and vehicles;

- to use mobile phones during classes, entrance tests and other official events;

- to move furniture, equipment and other material assets between premises without permission of the administration or materially responsible staff of the University;

- to move on scooters, bicycles, roller skates, boards and other similar means of transportation and sports in the premises and on the territory of the University;

- to stay at the University after hours, as well as on weekends and non-working holidays (without the written permission of the administration);

- to make films, photos and video in secure premises of the University, as well as professional filming, making photo and video in the premises and on the territory of the University without the permission of the administration;

- to conduct business activities, including hand trading, as well as providing other paid services (repair, rental, video and sound recording, photographing, consulting, etc.);

- to transfer the University pass to third parties;

- to assist others to commit crimes or administrative offenses;

- to borrow works of intellectual property (plagiarism), educational and scientific materials or their parts during the preparation for diploma works, course projects, essays, etc. illegitimately;

- to bring unauthorized persons to the University premises without the permission of the heads of security departments;

- to change the configuration and settings of the University software and hardware;

- make any kind of records, cleanups, corrections, etc. in a student card, a gradebook, certification sheets, library cards, certificates, etc.;

- to put personal vehicles on the territory of the University on the carriageway, on lawns, exceed the speed limit, turn on car audio devices at high volume.

In accordance with section 8 of the “Internal Rules of the Students”, extending their effect throughout the territory of the RSU named for S.A. Yesenin, for the loss, destruction, damage of premises, equipment or other property of the University, for breaking the rules of their storage and use, resulting in the above consequences, students are financially liable in the manner prescribed by applicable law.

Disciplinary measures are applied for non-fulfillment or violation of the Charter of the organization carrying out educational activity, internal regulations, rules of living in dormitories and other local regulations on the issues of organization and implementation of educational activities.

The following disciplinary measures for disciplinary offenses may be taken to the student:

1. Comment.

2. Reprimand.

3. Expulsion from the University with the contract termination.
